Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The room was beautiful, warm, and oh so comfortable. It was hot when we checked in late afternoon, facing north and exposed to the full sun during the day. The room was comfortably furnished and well-equipped, with plenty of room for all our cases. The service was top-notch with friendly staff that even fitted us in for breakfast when we were running late. The location was super central, close to everything in town, and the dining experience was exceptional. The hotel had a buffet where you could eat all you want, just first-class. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel had well-appointed rooms with a balcony, though they were quite basic and lacked a view. The service was friendly overall, though slightly abrupt at times. The location was very convenient, central to everything in town. The dining experience had great tea and breakfast but could have more satisfying food options. The facilities included a bar and sitting area near the fireplace.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, located right in the heart of town with stunning views of the glaciers. The rooms were superb, offering a good size, a nice comfy bed, and all the amenities one could need. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and all the tourist facilities. The dining experience was plentiful and delicious, although it could use more variety. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and offered amazing views, but I was a bit surprised to find a double and a single bed instead of a queen and a twin as requested. The service was friendly and helpful, although we had to pay an additional room rate due to an unexpected increase for the second night. The location was convenient, close to the town center and with easy parking. The dining experience was a bit hectic with limited options during breakfast, making it a bit crowded, but the pastries were enjoyable.
The hotel offers a small room with a fabulous view of the snow-capped mountain peaks, even though it was a bit tight to move around considering the price paid. The bed was huge, which was a plus point for comfort.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had comfortable large beds, just as shown in the pictures on their website. However, our reservation had been canceled by a rogue booking agent, which was quite a hassle.
The hotel has recently refurbished rooms that are quiet, clean, and well-configured but can be noisy due to street noise. The rates were more affordable just before our arrival. The service was exceptional with knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main town center with easy access to cafes, shops, and restaurants. However, the dining experience had some below-average aspects. Overall, a great value for a convenient stay.
Staying on the pub side had its ups and downs. The rooms, despite lacking air conditioning, were charming and lovely. The vibrant nightlife nearby may not be for everyone, with a DJ playing till late hours, but added a unique atmosphere to the stay.
My stay here was quite pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the spring loaded wardrobe door was a bit tricky to handle. The hotel's location between the main commercial area of the village and the hot pools was convenient and the service was excellent, with attentive staff looking after us well. The dining experience was alright, but there is room for improvement. The hotel has nice facilities to enjoy during your stay.
